The sales staff are not always attentive, and the prices are sky high. They push specific brands, and talk down to you unless you come out guns a blazin' with jargon.

Yeah, you really need to go in there knowing exactly what you want, and exactly how much you can get it elsewhere or else you're probably leaving quite a few dollars on the table.

Good Experience
Got my 5-Million Dollar House Crumpler bag here and a second battery for my Canon HF10 camcorder. They aren't always the cheapest but they do price match and there is always some negotiation room. If you're in need of something quickly (i.e. can't wait a few days for an online order) then Henry's is where to go.
